SAP S4HANA CHANGE LEAD
As the SAP S/4HANA Change Lead, you will be responsible for driving change management activities across a major business readiness stream. You will ensure people, process and technology changes are effectively embedded, minimising resistance and enabling smooth transition to the new ERP environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executing the change management strategy aligned to program objectives
- Leading stakeholder engagement and communication planning
- Developing and delivering clear, consistent change communications
- Conducting change impact and business readiness assessments
- Managing change resistance and supporting leadership through adoption challenges
- Monitoring adoption metrics including engagement, training completion and system utilisation
- Supporting go-live readiness and post-implementation sustainability
- Embedding new ways of working into business AS usual operations
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 10+ years’ experience in change management and business transformation
- Proven delivery of large-scale ERP change programs, ideally SAP S/4HANA
- Strong knowledge of change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter or similar
- Experience leading stakeholder engagement across complex organisational environments
- Ability to conduct change impact assessments and manage resistance effectively
- Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations
- Strong collaboration skills across business and technical teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience within public sector or large, complex organisations will be highly regarded.
- Prosci or equivalent change certification is desirable.
- Experience with SAP Activate and fit-to-standard workshops is advantageous.
