SAP S4HANA CHANGE LEAD

We are partnering with a large and complex organisation undertaking a significant SAP S/4HANA transformation program and are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Change Lead to drive business readiness and change adoption across the Source to Pay (S2P) and Procurement stream.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high profile ERP transformation initiative and play a key role in ensuring successful organisational change, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption.

THE ROLE

As the SAP S/4HANA Change Lead, you will be responsible for leading and executing change management activities that support the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA. Working closely with business stakeholders, program leadership, and delivery teams, you will help prepare the organisation for new processes, systems, and ways of working.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute change management strategies aligned to program objectives and transformation outcomes
  • Lead stakeholder engagement activities across business and operational teams
  • Develop and deliver communication and engagement plans
  • Conduct change impact assessments and business readiness activities
  • Facilitate workshops, briefings, and stakeholder consultations
  • Identify and manage change risks, resistance, and adoption challenges
  • Monitor and report on change readiness and adoption metrics
  • Support training, transition, and post go live adoption activities
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Extensive experience leading change management activities within large scale ERP transformation programs
  • Strong SAP implementation experience, ideally within SAP S/4HANA environments
  • Proven experience delivering organisational change, business readiness, and adoption initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience applying recognised change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter
  • Strong facilitation and workshop delivery capabilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in complex program environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience preparing executive level reports and presentations

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

  • Prosci Change Management Certification or similar
  • SAP Activate methodology experience
  • SAP Ariba experience
  • Experience working within government, utilities, or large enterprise environments
