SAP S4HANA CHANGE LEAD
We are partnering with a large and complex organisation undertaking a significant SAP S/4HANA transformation program and are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Change Lead to drive business readiness and change adoption across the Source to Pay (S2P) and Procurement stream.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high profile ERP transformation initiative and play a key role in ensuring successful organisational change, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption.
THE ROLE
As the SAP S/4HANA Change Lead, you will be responsible for leading and executing change management activities that support the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA. Working closely with business stakeholders, program leadership, and delivery teams, you will help prepare the organisation for new processes, systems, and ways of working.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute change management strategies aligned to program objectives and transformation outcomes
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities across business and operational teams
- Develop and deliver communication and engagement plans
- Conduct change impact assessments and business readiness activities
- Facilitate workshops, briefings, and stakeholder consultations
- Identify and manage change risks, resistance, and adoption challenges
- Monitor and report on change readiness and adoption metrics
- Support training, transition, and post go live adoption activities
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Extensive experience leading change management activities within large scale ERP transformation programs
- Strong SAP implementation experience, ideally within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Proven experience delivering organisational change, business readiness, and adoption initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience applying recognised change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter
- Strong facilitation and workshop delivery capabilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in complex program environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience preparing executive level reports and presentations
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- Prosci Change Management Certification or similar
- SAP Activate methodology experience
- SAP Ariba experience
- Experience working within government, utilities, or large enterprise environments
