SAP S4HANA Enterprise and Technical Architect

We are partnering with a large Queensland Government organisation seeking an experienced SAP S4HANA Enterprise and Technical Architect to join a significant supply chain transformation program for an initial 6 month contract with possible extensions.

This role will play a critical part in shaping and delivering the overall architecture across SAP and the broader enterprise environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that solutions are robust, secure, scalable and aligned to both business objectives and enterprise standards.

Working within a complex program environment, you will collaborate closely with project teams, business stakeholders and technical specialists to deliver fit for purpose architecture that supports a modern and efficient operating model.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the end to end architecture across SAP S4HANA and integrated systems
• Develop and maintain Solution Architecture Design and Solution Implementation Design documentation
• Define and implement integration architecture across SAP including IDoc, RFC, APIs, OData, REST and SOAP
• Design secure and scalable solutions across cloud, network and identity domains
• Provide architectural oversight across WRICEF components aligned to clean core principles
• Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, governance and best practice
• Work closely with infrastructure, security and network teams to define and validate technical requirements
• Engage and communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• You are a highly experienced Architect with a strong background across both enterprise and SAP technical architecture.
• You have worked within large and complex environments and are comfortable operating across multiple domains.
• Extensive experience across SAP S4HANA architecture including integration and platform design
• Proven capability across enterprise architecture including applications, data, infrastructure and security
• Strong experience with SAP BTP and CPI and modern integration patterns
• Experience within supply chain, logistics or warehousing environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels
• Experience within government or regulated environments will be highly regarded
