About the opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA SD Functional Expert to join a specialist delivery team working on a major supply chain and warehousing transformation. You will help design and deliver a fit for purpose S/4HANA Sales and Distribution solution that supports an end to end order to cash process, aligned to a modern operating model and a complex enterprise environment.

This is a hands on delivery role where you will work closely with architects, business stakeholders and technical teams to translate real operational requirements into scalable, supportable SAP outcomes.

What you will be doing

• Engage stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points and requirements, and communicate impacts and decisions clearly through the delivery lifecycle
• Design and implement S/4HANA SD configuration and WRICEF objects, ensuring solutions are scalable and do not break existing processes, integrations or enhancements
• Design SD master data structures including Business Partner roles, Material Master sales views, pricing, and output and communications data
• Ensure strong integration across modules and platforms including MM, FI, EWM, BTP and external systems
• Produce high quality delivery artefacts including process flows, designs, functional specs, data standards and test scripts
• Lead and support testing across unit, system integration, UAT, performance and other required testing phases
• Contribute to cutover planning and support deployment activities to production
• Support knowledge transfer so internal teams can support the solution post go
• Troubleshoot and resolve SD issues through hypercare and stabilisation

What we are looking for

Must have

• 5+ years delivering original S/4HANA SD designs in greenfield implementations and or live production environments
• Proven ability to deliver end to end Order to Cash design, including full configuration and WRICEF delivery (not template rollouts)
• Strong fit gap analysis skills and ability to turn complex business requirements into scalable SAP designs
• Deep experience integrating SD with MM, FI, EWM, BTP and external systems
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across both technical and non technical audiences
• End to end lifecycle delivery experience including design, build, testing, cutover, hypercare and stabilisation

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA SD certification
• Certification or strong exposure to related modules such as EWM
• Experience in health, pharmacy, warehousing or regulated enterprise environments
