What You'll Do

• Lead SAP Solutions: Take ownership of the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP TM solutions, ensuring simplicity, scalability, and alignment with client requirements.

• Team Leadership: Manage and inspire high-performing teams of SAP consultants, delivering quality work on time and within budget.

• Project Engagement: Collaborate with clients to shape strategies, lead design workshops, and support business development initiatives.

• End-to-End Delivery: Leverage your expertise in SAP—from project preparation and configuration to go-live—and support ongoing solution refinement.

• Mentorship: Coach and develop team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge-sharing.

Your Expertise

Essential:

• Deep SAP TM Experience: Hands-on SAP TM configuration with proven end-to-end implementation records.

• Process Knowledge: Extensive familiarity with SCM and TM workflows.

• SAP S/4HANA Know-how: Practical understanding of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and the integration of AI models in SAP projects.

• Certification: SAP TM Certification required.

• Security: Must be an Australian Citizen with AGSVA baseline security clearance.

Preferred:

• SAP Upgrades: Experience with SAP system upgrades.

• Cloud Proficiency: Knowledge of leading cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP).

• Agile Project Management: Practical experience with Agile methodologies.
