A high-profile public sector organisation is seeking an experienced SAP Security Lead to play a pivotal role in a large-scale ERP transformation involving SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, BTP, and integrated cloud solutions.
You’ll lead end-to-end security planning and execution, ensuring robust Identity and Access Management (IAM), compliance, and stakeholder alignment across a complex SAP ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in high-stakes, multi-phase program environments.
About You

10+ years’ experience in SAP Security, IAM, and GRC within complex, enterprise environments.

Proven leadership in phased security implementations across multi-release ERP programs.

Deep understanding of SAP Cloud IAG, security architecture, and government compliance standards.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including with executive and non-technical audiences.

Effective written and verbal communicator with strong documentation and planning skills.
Desirable Experience

Background in large-scale ERP implementations within Federal, State, or Local Government.

Experience supporting organisational change and security during transformations such as mergers or restructures.

Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and technical security compliance.
