Senior SAP Solution Manager Specialist (SAP SolMan SME)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Solution Manager Specialist (SAP SolMan SME) to join a leading global consulting practice. This position is ideal for an accomplished SAP professional who excels in driving strategic SAP initiatives and delivering large-scale SAP Solution Manager projects across diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on SAP Solution Manager strategy, configuration, and integration.

• Design and implement complex SAP Solution Manager landscapes that support scalability and evolving business needs.

• Lead and coordinate SAP Solution Manager projects from inception to completion, managing cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Stay current with SAP technology advancements, fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the SAP Basis environment.

• Identify and mitigate risks across SAP landscape implementations, upgrades, and migrations.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, technology partners, and clients.

• Mentor junior consultants, encouraging skill development and professional growth.

• Serve as the primary client contact, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.

• Ensure high-quality delivery through established standards and rigorous quality control measures.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.

• Extensive background as an SAP Basis Consultant with a strong focus on SAP Solution Manager, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and/or SAP S/4HANA.

• In-depth hands-on expertise in SAP Solution Manager administration, monitoring, optimisation, and security management.

• Strong working knowledge of SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA administration.

• Proven success in managing multiple concurrent projects and delivering on deadlines.

• Outstanding problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex SAP projects to successful delivery and client satisfaction.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Must hold or be eligible to obtain an NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance.
