🇦🇺 Australian Citizenship Required | Baseline Security Clearance Preferred

We are seeking a Junior Scrum Master to join a dynamic project team in Melbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of Scrum Master experience who is eager to grow their career in Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate day-to-day collaboration within the development team.

• Lead Agile ceremonies including retrospectives, planning sessions, estimations, and daily stand-ups.

• Manage overall sprint planning, progress tracking, and project data.

• Ensure deliverables meet service commitments and align with process compliance.

• Support communication and cooperation across the project team.

• Assist in driving Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Scrum Master(essential).

• Relevant Scrum/Agile certifications (advantageous).

• Strong facilitation and communication skills.

• Ability to foster collaboration and support the team in achieving outcomes.

• Must be an Australian Citizen; Baseline Security Clearance highly regarded.
