SCRUM MASTER – Enterprise Business Platform

We’re seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join the Enterprise Business Platform (EBP) team, driving high performing Agile delivery across multiple squads and projects. This is a fantastic long term contract opportunity (approx. 2 years) working on large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

As part of the EBP team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the effective use of Agile practices, uplifting capability, and enabling delivery of business value through Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies across multiple squads and projects (sprint planning, reviews, retros, daily scrums).
• Coach and mentor teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to uplift Agile maturity.
• Remove delivery impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive transparency of progress, risks, and issues through reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Product Owners, and leaders to align with governance and strategic objectives.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or equivalent).
• Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master).
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
