Scrum Master (Junior – Intermediate)
12-Month Contract
Canberra/Melbourne/Brisbane (Hybrid)
Citizenship required for this role - Clearance preferred
We’re looking for a Scrum Master with 2–4 years of experience to join our Agile team. This hybrid role (3 days in the CBD) involves facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and estimations, while ensuring smooth sprint delivery and compliance with project processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Agile ceremonies and support day-to-day development teamwork.

Manage sprint data and track project progress.

Coordinate communication and collaboration across the team.

Ensure delivery of services aligns with project commitments and guidelines.
Requirements:

2–4 years Scrum Master experience; relevant certifications a plus.

Strong facilitation, communication, and team coordination skills.

AU Citizenship mandatory; Baseline Security Clearance preferred.
