Scrum Master – Digital Transformation Program
About the Role
We are partnering with a large and complex enterprise organisation currently undergoing a significant digital transformation program focused on modernising enterprise systems and future-proofing digital platforms and services.
An opportunity is available for an experienced Scrum Master to join a high-performing delivery stream responsible for delivering multiple digital initiatives across enterprise platforms and value streams. This role will play a key part in driving agile delivery, embedding best-practice Scrum methodologies, and supporting teams in delivering high-value outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies across multiple delivery teams
- Drive continuous improvement and agile maturity within delivery teams
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage priorities and ensure alignment to business objectives
- Support teams in delivering value consistently across each sprint and release cycle
- Identify and remove impediments impacting team performance and delivery
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team culture
- Partner with Agile Coaches and leadership teams to uplift agile ways of working
- Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and support scaled agile delivery practices
- Provide reporting on sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes
- Engage with technical and business stakeholders across enterprise-wide initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within large and complex enterprise environments
- Strong experience leading multiple Agile delivery teams
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies
- Experience facilitating ceremonies, coaching teams, and driving agile best practices
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges in fast-paced environments
- Experience working across cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
- Strong servant leadership mindset with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement
- Experience within large digital transformation or enterprise technology programs
Desired Skills & Experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience with SAFe or scaled Agile delivery frameworks
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and governance
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Exposure to enterprise-level digital solution delivery
- Public sector experience will be highly regarded
