We are currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support ongoing BAU activities across multiple cyber security teams. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact by uplifting agile practices in an environment still early in its agile journey.
You’ll work across several small squads focused on critical security functions such as User Access Provisioning, Identity and Access Management, and Active Directory, supporting governance, audits, and security operations. This role is not tied to dedicated project delivery but rather enables the day-to-day functioning of squads delivering key security services. Your mission will be to introduce and embed agile ways of working, prioritise workstreams, and facilitate alignment across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and coach squads in foundational agile practices (e.g., JIRA setup, sprint planning, backlog grooming).
- Support governance, audit readiness, and security-aligned initiatives.
- Work with low-maturity teams to introduce structure, improve delivery cadence, and align team outputs with business goals.
- Assist the Centre of Excellence lead with priority management and cultural uplift.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master within environments new to agile methodologies.
- Strong familiarity with cyber security or related domains (e.g., identity and access management, threat management, audit/governance).
- Proven ability to coach multiple teams, facilitate agile ceremonies, and introduce delivery structure.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, ideally in BAU or operational support settings.
