🔥 Senior Change Manager – Payroll / Super Transformation (Contract)

• Fully remote role (Melbourne/Brisbane candidates preferred)

• Some flexibility required across time zones

• Contract until June 2026 (extensions likely)

• ASAP start (April)

We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a Payday Super Project within a complex enterprise environment.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Lead change strategy, planning, and execution across payroll/super initiatives

• Assess impact across different employee groups and tailor change approaches

• Deliver targeted communications, training, and stakeholder engagement

• Support go-live readiness and post-go-live hypercare

• Work closely with project teams on governance, risk, and adoption

🎯 What You Bring

• Proven experience in enterprise change programs(large/complex environments)

• Strong background in communications, stakeholder engagement, and impact assessments

• Experience in payroll or superannuation projects(highly desirable)

• Ability to work across global/distributed teams
