Are you a Senior Business Analyst who enjoys solving complex business problems and shaping how organisations operate?
We are partnering with a large and highly regarded organisation to appoint an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in a significant operating model and organisational transformation initiative.
This is an opportunity to work at a strategic level, partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to review the current operating model, identify opportunities for improvement, and help design and implement a future-state structure that supports better service delivery and customer outcomes.
The Opportunity
As the Senior Business Analyst, you will lead end-to-end analysis across a complex business environment. You will work closely with executive and operational stakeholders, as well as external consulting partners, to translate insights into practical and actionable solutions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading current-state (As-Is) analysis, including organisational structures, FTE, budgets, processes and service delivery models.
- Facilitating discovery activities to identify business issues, opportunities and future-state requirements.
- Developing business cases, evidence-based recommendations and implementation approaches to support organisational change.
- Designing and documenting future-state (To-Be) operating models and organisational structures aligned to strategic objectives and workforce needs.
- Developing implementation roadmaps, transition plans, process maps and requirements for supporting systems and reporting.
- Managing and engaging with a broad range of stakeholders across executive, management and operational levels.
- Working closely with external consultants to ensure deliverables, recommendations and outcomes are aligned with business objectives.
- Supporting a broader transformation and change program, ensuring alignment across multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups.
About You
You will be an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in organisational transformation, operating model design and complex business analysis.
Ideally, you will bring:
- 5+ years' experience in a Senior Business Analyst or similar strategic transformation role.
- Demonstrated experience developing business cases, strategic recommendations and implementation plans.
- Strong capability in current-state and future-state analysis, operating model design and organisational change.
- Experience analysing and designing organisational structures, including FTE, budgets, workforce requirements and service delivery models.
- Proven ability to work within complex environments and navigate competing stakeholder priorities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consultation skills across executive, management and operational audiences.
- Experience working with and managing external consultancies or professional services partners.
- The ability to synthesise complex information and translate it into practical, value-driven solutions.
- Strong process improvement and transformation experience, with a focus on improving service delivery and customer outcomes.
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills, with experience translating business needs into clear operational requirements.
- Advanced skills across Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Power BI.
