Senior Business Analyst – Operational Resilience & Business Transformation

Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst who thrives in complex transformation environments?
We are partnering with a leading Australian organisation undertaking a significant Operational Resilience uplift program and are seeking multiple Senior Business Analysts to join a high-performing delivery team.
Working across a range of business-critical workstreams, you'll engage with senior stakeholders to analyse current state processes, identify gaps, develop future-state solutions and support the implementation of new regulatory and operational resilience frameworks.
This is an excellent opportunity for an adaptable Business Analyst who enjoys solving complex business problems while working across Risk, Business Continuity, Procurement, Legal and other enterprise functions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Conduct current and future state analysis, process mapping and business process improvement activities.
- Identify business, process and regulatory gaps and develop practical recommendations.
- Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts including requirements, user stories, process models, decision papers and business documentation.
- Facilitate discussions with senior business stakeholders and translate complex information into clear, business-friendly outcomes.
- Support operational resilience initiatives, including risk assessments, RAID management and implementation planning.
- Work collaboratively across multiple business units to ensure successful delivery of program outcomes.
About You
You'll bring strong end-to-end Business Analysis experience together with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work across multiple workstreams.
You'll also have experience with:
- Business requirements elicitation and analysis
- Current and future state process analysis
- Business process modelling and documentation
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management
- Risk identification, assessment and RAID management
- Regulatory or compliance-driven transformation programs
- Developing practical business solutions in complex environments
- Working with senior executives and business decision-makers
- Producing clear, high-quality documentation under tight timeframes
Highly Regarded
Experience in one or more of the following will be highly regarded:
- Operational resilience programs
- CPS 230 or similar regulatory initiatives
- Operational risk management
- Business continuity planning
- Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platforms such as Archer
- Financial services, banking, insurance or superannuation environments
- Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation
