SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst who thrives in a fast paced, agile environment? We’re seeking a talented professional to support the delivery of large scale business and ICT projects, applying best practice business analysis to help drive impactful transformation initiatives.
ROLE SUMMARY
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager and a cross-functional team to deliver a new accreditation management system, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical outcomes.
- Leading requirements gathering, analysis and documentation across multiple workstreams.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders and senior management across complex initiatives.
- Collaborating with designers, architects, testers and developers in an agile delivery environment.
- Supporting feature development and managing change requests through the software development lifecycle.
- Using tools such as JIRA and Confluence to facilitate and track project progress.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
You’re a proactive and detail oriented BA who brings both business acumen and technical understanding. You can confidently bridge the gap between business users and delivery teams, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable and deliver measurable value.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex project environments.
- Proven experience delivering within agile frameworks and contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement and user story development.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Experience translating business processes into functional and technical requirements.
- Familiarity with Behavioural Driven Development (BDD) and documenting integration specifications (highly regarded).
- A background in both business and IT (preferred but not essential).
