We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead organisational change activities within a complex enterprise transformation initiative. The program is delivering modern infrastructure platforms, improved operational services, and enhanced enterprise capabilities.
This role focuses on ensuring stakeholders are engaged, impacted teams are prepared, and the organisation successfully adopts new technology, services, and ways of working.
Candidates with current or previous experience working within Federal Government, large enterprise environments, or highly regulated industries are encouraged to apply.

Role Overview
As the Senior Change Manager you will lead and coordinate organisational change management activities across the program. You will work closely with program leadership, delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are planned, communicated and successfully adopted.
You will play a critical role in aligning change management activities with program delivery milestones and ensuring business readiness across impacted areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the program Organisational Change Management strategy including planning documentation and supporting artefacts.
- Coordinate change management activities across multiple program workstreams.
- Support program leadership with stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
- Track and report on change impacts, readiness and adoption across impacted business areas.
- Identify and manage risks and issues associated with organisational change activities.
- Prepare regular reporting on change progress, stakeholder engagement and communication activities.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure change activities align with program timelines and transformation objectives.
- Utilise ServiceNow or similar platforms to track change impacts, readiness activities and reporting.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience delivering organisational change management strategies within large technology or digital transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks, stakeholder engagement and adoption planning.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating change activities across complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience conducting change impact assessments, readiness planning and adoption monitoring.
- Ability to prepare clear reporting on change progress, risks and organisational readiness.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar tools for change tracking and reporting is highly desirable.
Additional Requirements
Australian citizenship is required.
Active security clearance (NV1).
