We’re looking for an experienced Senior Integration Developer to join a high-impact program contributing to the formation of a new, enterprise-scale organisation.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and supporting integration solutions across multiple systems and platforms. You'll bring strong Java expertise and provide leadership in integration development while working closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integration components using modern frameworks and enterprise tools.
  
• Work across the full development lifecycle: from analysis and design through to deployment and support.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams and business units to deliver efficient and scalable integration solutions.
  
• Optimise existing application processes and recommend improvements.
  
• Ensure high-quality outcomes through continuous integration, testing, and automation.
  

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Java development in complex enterprise environments.
  
• Expertise in integration technologies and frameworks, including:
  
  
  • Apache Camel, Spring Boot, OpenShift
    
  • REST/SOAP APIs, XPath, XQuery, Enterprise Integration Patterns
    
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, particularly in OpenShift, and API gateways like 3scale.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across diverse stakeholder groups.
  
• Proven ability to understand and deliver on customer requirements effectively.
  

Desirable

• Experience working in large, complex environments (e.g. government, education, or enterprise transformation projects).
  
• Previous exposure to systems integration within multi-vendor or multi-platform environments.
