My client is seeking an experienced Senior Network Design Engineer to join a major telecommunications project

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimisation of large-scale IP networks, working across carrier-grade infrastructure and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

Strong experience designing and implementing IP/MPLS networks
Advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, Layer 2 VPN and Layer 3 VPN
Experience within a telecommunications environment or a large enterprise network (e.g. banking, government, utilities)
Hands-on experience with routing, switching, network troubleshooting and network architecture
Ability to produce and maintain technical design documentation (HLDs/LLDs)
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Nice to Have:

Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE)
Experience with data centre networking, security technologies, or mobile core networks
