About the project


The successful developers will join an inflight portal project program, Department's organisational strategy by delivering a digital-first approach to maritime regulation, improving customer experience, streamlining business processes, enhancing data capability and enabling more efficient regulatory service delivery. The portal has been developed in-house and will continue to be expanded to support additional services.

Essential criteria

  • 1.Demonstrated experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and the Power Platform, including Power Pages.
  • 2.Strong front-end development skills using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS, with experience in modern frameworks such as Vue.js.
  • 3.Strong full-stack development skills, including experience with C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON and SQL, and integrating front-end applications with backend services.
  • 4.Experience with Azure and Power Platform integration technologies, such as API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Power Automate.
  • 5.Experience working with established application architectures, development patterns and reusable components, including Azure DevOps, source control and CI/CD practices.
  • 6.Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with demonstrated experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Desirable criteria

  • 1.Experience with AI and intelligent automation technologies, such as Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, generative AI or agent-based solutions.
  • 2.Relevant Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure or AI will be highly regarded.
