Join a dynamic team as a Project Manager leading critical software migration projects on the IBM Z platform. This flexible remote role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives within a Time and Material, Staff Augmentation model. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver seamless project execution, ensuring that all milestones are met and client expectations are exceeded.

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing complex software migration projects, preferably on the IBM Z platform
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
• Ability to develop detailed project plans, manage scope, and oversee resources
• Solid analytical skills to identify risks, communicate challenges, and provide strategic solutions
• Proficiency in reporting project status, milestones, and changes to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2 or equivalent
• Experience working within a client-facing environment in the IT or technology sector
• Familiarity with Agile or other iterative project management frameworks
• Knowledge of Asia-Pacific regional client operations and languages

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel occasionally within the Asia-Pacific region as required
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision
