We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Support Officer to join a high-performing ICT Security team within a large Queensland government environment.
This role will support multiple concurrent cyber security and technology initiatives, working closely with project managers, technical teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure effective project coordination, governance, reporting, and delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage RAID registers, project schedules, and governance documentation
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, steering committees, and action tracking
- Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and financial tracking reports
- Support risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management activities
- Provide end-to-end project administration support across ICT initiatives
- Assist with reporting, documentation control, and project delivery coordination
About You
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience supporting ICT or digital transformation projects
- Strong project coordination and reporting capability within structured PM environments
- Experience with RAID management, governance reporting, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong skills in Microsoft Project, Excel reporting, and project documentation
- Familiarity with PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
Highly Regarded
- Experience within government or large enterprise environments
- Exposure to cyber security or information security programs
Contract Details
- Brisbane CBD location
- 40-hour week, Monday to Friday
- Initial contract through to October 2026
- PAYG engagement only
- Criminal history check required
