Our client, in the mining industry is seeking an SAP Systems Analyst to take ownership of core HR system operations, enhancements and support. This will be a 6-month contract, based in Perth, WA.
This role requires someone with strong SuccessFactors Employee Central experience, problem-solving skills and the ability to partner closely with HR and IT teams to deliver a smooth and optimised system experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking ownership of the configuration, maintenance, and ongoing optimisation of the SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
- Driving enhancement and upgrade projects, including the integration of newly acquired businesses into the SuccessFactors environment.
- Collaborating with Systems/IT teams to roll out new modules and deliver system improvements.
- Overseeing BAU HR system support, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution of more complex issues.
- Serving as the primary technical escalation point for HR System Support Officers.
- Providing clear guidance and support to P&C teams and end-users to help them navigate and use the system confidently.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for system improvements to enhance functionality, efficiency, and overall user experience.
What you’ll bring:
- 3–5+ years’ experience in HR systems, with previous SuccessFactors experience, specifically in the Employee Central module.
- Experience with Report Centre (highly desirable).
