Full Stack Developer
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a high-performing digital delivery team responsible for developing and enhancing critical business applications and digital services.
Working within an Agile environment, you will contribute to the delivery of business-critical projects, system enhancements, and ongoing platform improvements. This role offers the opportunity to work on modern cloud-based solutions, API integrations, and enterprise-scale applications that support significant operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions
- Build and support modern web applications and APIs
- Participate in technical design, development, testing, and deployment activities
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
- Contribute to technical documentation and solution design artefacts
- Support release management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements, and best practices
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer within enterprise environments
- Proven experience with .NET development (.NET 7+ preferred)
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and service integrations
- Strong SQL Server development skills
- Experience with Angular (Angular 15+ preferred) or similar modern front-end frameworks
- Experience working with Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions and other PaaS offerings
- Knowledge of API design, authentication, security, and integration patterns
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and software development best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable
- Experience delivering cloud-native or digital transformation projects
- Experience working in government or highly regulated environments
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure, Agile, or related technologies
- Experience with DevOps, Confluence, and release management tools
