Out client is searching for a seasoned .NET engineer join on a 12mth day rate contract.

You will join an early-growth platform with a strong and well-defined roadmap of new features, working in a collaborative and agile environment that encourages innovation. This role offers the opportunity to build hands-on experience in cloud-native development using AWS and modern engineering practices.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade applications with .NET backend expertise.
• Implement and test features on an AWS-hosted cloud platform, collaborating closely with product owners and cross-geography teams.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
• Follow DevSecOps practices and secure coding principles to ensure robust, secure solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, daily stand-ups, and sprint planning to deliver high-quality software.
• Optionally, contribute to full-stack development (React, Next.js, JavaScript) or AI-related initiatives, including generative AI and coding agents.

What We’re Looking For

• Senior-level experience in backend development using .NET (non-negotiable).
• Proven expertise with AWS cloud environments; experience with AWS Aurora or other relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) preferred.
• Strong DevOps CI/CD experience, including automated pipelines, test automation, and DevSecOps practices.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and a commitment to software quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across distributed teams.

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
• Front-end development experience with React / Next.js / JavaScript.
• Interest in AI initiatives, including generative AI, LLMs, or coding agents.
