About the Role
As a Senior Test Analyst, you will play a key role in the end-to-end testing lifecycle, ensuring systems are delivered to a high standard. You’ll work across system, integration, and user acceptance testing while contributing to continuous improvement of testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute functional and regression test cases
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes
- Identify, log, and manage defects and risks
- Review test artefacts and provide feedback on test coverage and quality
- Produce clear and concise test reports and documentation
- Monitor testing progress and escalate issues where required
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in end-to-end functional testing
- Strong experience across SIT, UAT, and regression testing
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Test Manager / Azure DevOps
- Experience testing SaaS platforms
- Exposure to CRM and/or case management systems
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver to tight timelines
Nice to Have
- ISTQB certification
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Exposure to cloud-based or enterprise-scale platforms
