Senior Test Analyst – SAP / ERP Transformation

The Opportunity
As a Senior Test Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in a large-scale Modern ERP Program, with a focus on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). You’ll lead testing activities across SAP S/4HANA modules, ensuring high-quality delivery across asset lifecycle management, work orders, maintenance, and mobile workforce solutions.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, SMEs, and vendors to drive testing strategy, execution, and continuous improvement in a complex, enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage test strategies, plans, and test cases aligned to project requirements
- Coordinate end-to-end testing activities across multiple workstreams
- Execute and support testing across SAP S/4HANA modules(EAM focus)
- Manage defect identification, tracking, and resolution
- Ensure alignment with testing standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Support test environment management and readiness
- Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders and leadership
- Mentor SMEs and contribute to uplift in testing capability
- Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and platform teams to ensure quality outcomes
About You
- 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Test Analyst in complex environments
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA), ideally within EAM / Asset Management
- Proven experience across full-cycle SAP implementations or major upgrades
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies, tools (e.g., SAP ALM/CALM), and SDLC
- Experience with System Integration Testing (SIT) and defect management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure delivery environments
Highly Regarded
- Experience with mobile workforce / field service solutions
- Exposure to GIS and financial system integrations
- ISTQB certification
- Experience with SAP Activate / Agile delivery models
- Background in ERP transformation programs (ECC to S/4HANA)
