Are you a driven and detail-oriented Senior Test Analyst with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform? We have an exciting opportunity for a contract-based position within a dynamic and forward-thinking enterprise environment.

You’ll be joining a passionate and high-performing team responsible for the implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Field Service, and Power Platform solutions. You’ll play a key role in a large-scale, cloud-based transformation program that integrates Dynamics 365 with both on-premise and third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage test artefacts including Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Summary Reports.
• Coordinate and execute test efforts across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to subject matter experts and team members.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise testing standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain reusable test cases based on detailed requirements.
• Document and report on test results with a focus on accuracy and traceability.
• Assist in defect triage, test environment management, and issue escalation.
• Collaborate with Test Managers and stakeholders to ensure delivery milestones are met.

Skills & Experience

• Solid experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions in Agile environments.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Broad technical understanding of enterprise-level IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools such as ALM (Quality Center), JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr Scale.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to communicate effectively across business and technical teams.
• High-quality written documentation and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, analysis, and decision-making skills.
• Strong time management and ability to work in high-pressure environments with competing priorities.
