Senior Test Specialist:

We’re currently looking for an experienced Senior Test Specialist for 12 months contract who will act as the primary testing quality assurance, providing hands-on testing expertise while coordinating testing activities across business, vendor, system integrator, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own, develop and maintain the integrated testing schedule across UAT, integration, data migration, and production validation activities.
• Lead and actively participate in UAT planning, test execution, evidence collection, defect investigation, and business validation.
• Execute and support end-to-end integration testing across connected systems, delivery streams, and third-party organisations.
• Produce testing dashboards, weekly status reports, readiness assessments, and governance reporting.
• Provide evidence-based Go/No-Go recommendations for major testing, release, and implementation decision points.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in software testing across medium to large ICT projects.
• 5+ years’ experience leading testing activities within complex transformation programs.
• Strong enterprise SaaS platform testing experience, ideally Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience across UAT, integration testing and data migration validation.
• Proven experience coordinating testing across business, vendors and multi-stream delivery teams.

Desirable:

• Government or regulatory environment experience.
• Multi-vendor delivery experience.
• Deep Salesforce platform testing experience.
