About The Role
Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced IT professional to support a current vacancy in the team.
In this role, you will:
• Address issues impacting on IT service delivery and business outcomes through the development of continuous improvement processes and business planning activities
• Contribute to service delivery and project activities and provide support in accordance with Agency IT service delivery methodologies incorporating changing stakeholder needs, statutory requirements and technological demands
• Provide service management advice from a technical and business perspective to own team and a wide range of stakeholders
• Develop and maintain networks internally and externally to share and obtain information, or to influence stakeholders
• Consult and share information, actively engage in knowledge transfer, and seek input from others to achieve business outcomes
• Resolve complex service management problems by developing and analysing alternative courses of action and identifying their implications on business
• Prepare and analyse complex reports on service trends, risks, anomalies and variations for a variety of stakeholders across and external to the Agency

• Has a proven ability to coordinate with external service providers and cross-functional teams to deliver operational outcomes.
• Is detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, the ability to manage issues and risks, and collaborate effectively.
• Has excellent communication skills with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation.
Relevant certifications are regarded but not essential.
