As the Service Designer you will help develop a long -term roadmap to drive future system releases and assess feasibility of adding additional system modules into the client's process.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
- Workshops facilitation and requirements elicitation
- Assist in the definition of scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Assists with internal and external communication by transparently radiating information
- Process and workflow documentation; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
- Improve system by assessing current practices and team requirements, designing modifications and translating into system requirements
- Assist with the development of detailed product roadmap
- Create and maintain documentation including training material as required
- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and their expectations accordingly
- Work with Product Owners to ensure that testing and feedback is completed in a timely manner and meeting the Sprint timelines
- Conflict management - Identify differences in understanding and issues as they arise and elevate them to the team for resolution, or to management if needed
Experience & Capabilities
- Strong background in service design, design research and business analysis
- Ability to overlay system functionality with process requirements
- Expertise in human‑centred design, discovery and ideation
- Experience working in Agile team environments
- Ability to translate insights into clear service concepts and artefacts
- The ideal candidate will have experience with the Snow SPM tool
