ServiceNow Architect – Mid Level | Multiple Locations | Hybrid (3 days onsite) | NV1 Security Clearance Required

• Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days in office)
• Clearance: NV1 preferred (or equivalent clearance)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead solution design and architecture across enterprise ServiceNow environments.

In this role, you will design and define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture aligned with ITSM and enterprise standards, providing technical leadership across implementation, integration, and platform governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design ServiceNow architecture aligned to business and ITSM standards
• Lead solution design across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD (as applicable)
• Provide architectural guidance on configuration, customisation, and integrations
• Define integration patterns with external systems and platforms
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and performance requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams to translate requirements into solutions
• Review and approve technical designs and development outputs
• Establish and enforce ServiceNow best practices and governance
• Support roadmap planning and continuous platform improvement

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years’ ServiceNow experience, including Architect-level exposure
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities
• Experience across ITSM and related modules
• Strong integration experience with enterprise/cloud systems
• Knowledge of security, roles, and access controls within ServiceNow
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS or equivalent)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and technical leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and documentation ability
