We're seeking experienced ServiceNow Architects to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to shape platform architecture, drive best practices, and work with high-performing delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define ServiceNow architecture aligned with business and enterprise standards.
• Lead solution design across ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.
• Provide architectural guidance on platform configuration, customisation, and integrations.
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and scalability requirements.
• Define integration patterns with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Review technical designs and establish ServiceNow governance and best practices.
• Support platform roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' ServiceNow experience, including experience in an Architect role.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.
• Experience designing solutions across ITSM and related ServiceNow modules.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow security, access controls, and role-based permissions.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or equivalent) highly regarded.
• Excellent stakeholder management, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills.
