Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst (HR Service Delivery)
Contract: 3-Month Contract
Location: Melbourne / Canberra / Sydney – Hybrid
Australian Citizen with Baseline Security Clearance

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience for a 3-month contract engagement.

Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, ideally within HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• Strong background in Service Catalogue development and business process analysis
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Australian Citizen with existing Security Clearance(mandatory)
