We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a high-profile technology modernisation program. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an agile delivery environment, developing and enhancing ServiceNow solutions that support critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications and modules

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Develop custom workflows, integrations, and automation solutions within the ServiceNow platform

• Ensure code quality, scalability, and adherence to development best practices

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members where required

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration

• Experience building custom applications, workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements

• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and Agile delivery methodologies

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment

• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
