About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions within a large enterprise environment. You will build custom applications, support integrations, manage platform stability, and ensure quality through thorough testing and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows, UI policies, scripts, and business rules.

Develop custom apps and integrations using JavaScript and the Glide API.

Implement integrations via REST, SOAP, and other methods.
-
Support platform upgrades, patches, and overall stability.
-
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide root cause analysis.
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements.
-
Conduct unit, system, and UAT testing.
-
Prepare detailed technical documentation.
-
Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and internal standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
-
Proficiency with JavaScript, GlideScript, REST/SOAP, and related scripting.

Experience with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps.
-
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and XML.
-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
-
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS).
-
Agile/Scrum experience.

SQL or database knowledge.
