ServiceNow Developer

📍 Melbourne CBD or Ballarat | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
💼 Permanent Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and support ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customise ServiceNow applications and modules

• Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts

• Build integrations using APIs and web services

• Support upgrades, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements

• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong ServiceNow development experience (JavaScript, Glide API)

• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps

• Understanding of ITIL processes

• Experience working in Agile environments

Mandatory Requirements

• Australian Citizen

• Active Baseline Security Clearance

ServiceNow certifications are highly regarded.
