We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join a high-performing Software Engineering team delivering a large-scale modernisation program.

Melbourne or Canberra (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow-based solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, Dev, Architects)
- Apply best practices to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions
- Support continuous improvement of existing systems
- Contribute to team discussions and provide technical solutions
- Mentor junior team members where required
Key Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Experience in custom development and system integration
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery environments
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills
