ServiceNow Developer
📍 Melbourne – Hybrid (2–3 days in office)
📄 Contract Role - 6 months with potential extensions
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in ServiceNow NowAssist and Agentic AI to support the development of intelligent automation solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-driven agents in ServiceNow using NowAssist for various business use cases.

Implement and enhance ServiceNow CSM and ITSM solutions.

Build intelligent workflows and automation to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Key Skills Required

Strong experience with ServiceNow development.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow NowAssist and Agentic AI.

Proven experience implementing ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
