Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on business and technical documentation

• Execute functional and regression testing to ensure system stability

• Identify, document, and manage defects through Azure DevOps

• Create and maintain clear test documentation (test plans, test cases, test results)

• Drive defect resolution and unblock issues in collaboration with technical teams

• Participate in code reviews and define quality gates

• Coordinate with client teams for integration and user acceptance testing

• Identify and implement test automation opportunities and frameworks

• Analyze tools and make recommendations for improvement

Key Skills Required:

• Test execution, planning, and defect management

• Hands-on testing experience in ServiceNow

• Familiarity with test management tools (Azure DevOps preferred)

Additional Requirements:

• Security Clearance: Active Baseline Security Clearance is mandatory

• On-call & Shift Work: Flexibility to support shifts, deployments, and on-call requirements in a managed services environment
