Service Integration Manager – Managed Services (Federal Government) - NV1 Security Clearance is required

📍 Canberra | 6 months contract with potential extensions | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
⏳ Contract Role | Intermediate to Senior Level

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Integration Manager to support the integration, transition, and governance of complex managed services within the Federal Government sector.

You will ensure all service components — including applications, infrastructure, security, networks, service desk, and third-party providers — operate as a cohesive, secure, and compliant service aligned to Commonwealth standards and service commitments.

You’ll also work closely with stakeholders to mature service management practices and provide coaching alongside an established SIAM function.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end service integration across multiple towers and suppliers
• Apply ITIL V4 practices to uplift service management maturity
• Provide coaching and guidance to practice owners and stakeholders
• Act as a key point of contact across delivery teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Identify and deliver continuous service improvements across processes, tools, and operating models
• Provide clear updates, manage risks, and escalate blockers when required

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Strong experience in SIAM / Service Integration environments
• Deep understanding of ITIL (V4 preferred)
• Proven ability to manage multi-vendor, multi-tower environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills (senior level)
• Experience in governance, risk, and dependency management

Desirable:

• Exposure to COBIT 5 or program delivery frameworks
• Experience in the Federal Government sector
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms
• Experience working in data-driven / metrics environments

• Active NV1 Security Clearance
