Siebel Support SME – Mainframe Environment

Are you a hands-on Siebel Support SME with strong technical expertise and looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a talented professional to join our team and provide comprehensive support for Siebel COTS applications operating in a mainframe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver operational and technical support for Siebel applications, including application management and troubleshooting.

• Perform software maintenance activities such as patching and upgrading Siebel software in mainframe environments.

• Engage in 24x7 support, including shift work and after-hours coverage as required.

• Analyse problem tickets in-depth, perform advanced troubleshooting, and facilitate effective problem resolution.

• Monitor operations, proactively alert, and tune systems to ensure optimum performance.

• Recommend innovative solutions aligned with current technological advancements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and offer expert advice across various levels.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Australian citizenship is essential.

• Baseline security clearance is strongly recommended.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience supporting and developing Siebel COTS applications.

• Proven skills in configuring Siebel applications.

• Solid understanding of Siebel administration within mainframe environments.

• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building abilities.
