Site Support Technician (x2)
📍 Applecross, Perth | ⏳ 1-month contract (extensions likely) | Onsite role

Our client is rolling out Arcadium devices and needs two Site Support Technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Onsite & remote IT support (hardware/software/network).

• Device imaging via SCCM SOE.

• Support Windows Autopilot& Intune deployments.

• Manage AD/Azure AD assignments.

• Configure/troubleshoot Wi-Fi & LAN.

• Lead/assist enterprise image rollouts.

• Deliver remote support (Teams, RDP, Quick Assist).

• Maintain documentation & educate end users.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong Windows 11 knowledge.

• SCCM imaging & deployments.

• Hands-on with Intune& Autopilot.

• Active Directory/Azure AD skills.

• Basic networking (Wi-Fi/LAN).

• Experience with enterprise rollouts.

• Excellent troubleshooting & communication skills.
