We are seeking a highly experienced Smart COMM Architect
to lead enterprise-grade CCM implementations and migrations.
This role is ideal for a visionary technologist with deep hands-on expertise in Thunderhead Smart Communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end-to-end CCM solutions using Thunderhead Smart COMM, including Batch, On-Demand, and Ad-Hoc processes
- Lead legacy-to-Smart COMM migration initiatives with strategic oversight and technical depth
- Integrate Smart COMM with upstream systems like Guidewire Insurance Suite and downstream Document Management Systems (e.g., FileNet, Documentum)
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Application Development
- Hands-on experience in Thunderhead/Smart Communication
- Proven experiences in a client-server environment
- Experience in Smart COMM HYBRID Implementation thru Appliance
- Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams
- At least one successful legacy-to-Smart COMM migration project
