System Designer – Agile Delivery
📍 Canberra / Melbourne / Brisbane | Hybrid
🕒 12 months contracting role | Australian Citizens Only (Baseline Clearance or Eligible)

We’re seeking a System Designer to join an Agile delivery team supporting enterprise-level transformation programs. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, and testers to translate business features into well-structured, testable user stories and technical designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert high-level features into clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria

• Facilitate backlog refinement and collaborate across delivery teams

• Create system design artefacts—flows, data mappings, and API specifications

• Support Agile ceremonies and documentation using Jira or Azure DevOps

You’ll Bring:

• 2–5+ years’ experience in system or software design within Agile environments

• Strong skills in user story creation, system analysis, and documentation

• Experience with SAFe or Scrum frameworks

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

🎓 Relevant tertiary qualification and Agile certification (e.g. SAFe, CSM) preferred
