SAP Solution Architect (HCM) – Modern ERP Program - Brisbane CBD
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced SAP Solution Architect (HCM) to join a major enterprise-wide Modern ERP transformation program with.
This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering end-to-end HCM solutions across SAP SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Payroll, and EH&S within a large and complex SAP ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead solution architecture and design across HCM workstreams
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions aligned to clean core principles
• Drive architecture decisions across SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Payroll, EH&S, and integration landscapes
• Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams, system integrators, and enterprise architects
• Review and govern solution designs, integrations, security, and compliance standards
• Produce architecture artefacts including solution designs, options papers, and governance documentation
Key Experience Required:
• 10+ years SAP Solution Architecture / SAP HCM Architecture experience
• Strong expertise across SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Payroll
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI and hybrid SAP landscapes
• Knowledge of SAP RISE PCE and cloud-based SAP deployments
• Enterprise-scale transformation program experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance capability
Desirable:
• Experience within Government or highly complex enterprise environments
• Familiarity with SAP Activate and TOGAF frameworks
