Solution Architect – Dynamics 365 & Azure

We are partnering with a large and complex government organisation undertaking a major digital transformation initiative focused on establishing an enterprise-wide Customer Relationship Management and Case Management platform.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solution Architect to play a key role in shaping and delivering a strategic Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capability that will support future enterprise services and digital solutions.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, Microsoft, and implementation partners to define and deliver scalable, secure, and modern architecture solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Azure.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture
- Develop and contribute to enterprise solution architecture artefacts and solution blueprints
- Define conceptual and logical target architectures
- Produce architecturedeliverables including:
- Functional and integration designs
- High-level data models
- Data migration strategies
- Security and non-functional requirements
- Reporting and solution management approaches
- Onboarding frameworks and operating models
- Designscalable and secure solutions leveraging:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Power Platform
- Azure services and integrations
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Microsoft and implementation partners on platform delivery
- Engage with business and technology stakeholders across multiple teams
- Provide clear architectural guidance and communicate solution direction effectively
- Support business decision-making through expert technical and strategic advice
Governance & Standards
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
- Drive adherence to security, compliance, governance, and information management requirements
- Provide architectural oversight across solution delivery and onboarding activities
- Promote modern integration and platform design patterns
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Solution Architect within large and complex enterprise environments
- Extensive experience designing and delivering solutions using:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Microsoft Azure
- Strong experience designing enterprise-scale, end-to-end digital solutions
- Proven capability modernising legacy platforms and enabling new digital services
- Strong understanding of:
- integration patterns
- enterprise platforms
- data and analytics strategies
- security and compliance frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work across both business and technical teams in complex environments
Desirable Certifications
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
- Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
