Solution Lead – Senior Manager

Location: Adelaide, SA
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Work Arrangement: On-site – Adelaide only

We are looking for a Solution Lead – Senior Manager to join a high-profile Resources & Energy environment in Adelaide.

This role sits at the intersection of technology strategy, capital project delivery and operational transformation, helping ensure technology requirements are effectively incorporated into major capital programs and smaller technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate technology strategy into practical requirements for major capital projects
• Identify gaps between technology strategy and project scope, providing clear recommendations
• Work with project teams, engineers, EPCMs and technology stakeholders throughout delivery
• Support the scoping and business case development of technology projects
• Track portfolio status, dependencies and strategic alignment
• Conduct business analysis, gap assessments and structured problem solving
• Build strong relationships across technology, capital projects and operations
• Prepare governance reports, recommendations and senior stakeholder briefings
• Communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences

About You

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in business analysis, strategy, project advisory or technology transformation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Ability to turn strategic objectives into practical delivery requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

Desirable Experience

• Mining, resources, energy, utilities or other asset-intensive industries
• Capital projects or major investment programs
• Technology or digital transformation in industrial environments
• Operational technology, automation or digital solutions
• Capital investment frameworks such as Stage-Gate, FEL/FEED
• Mining or resources operations

Location

Adelaide, SA – full-time on-site.

Candidates must be based in Adelaide and comfortable working on-site. Remote or FIFO arrangements are not suitable.
