We are currently seeking 2 SAP SuccessFactors consultants on a contract basis, to support a major SuccessFactors system implementation.
These roles suit candidates based in Perth, with strong SuccessFactors Employee Central experience who specialise either in system testing or data migration quality and validation.
1. SuccessFactors System / Testing Consultant
This role is responsible for owning and driving the testing function across the SuccessFactors implementation, working closely with the vendor and internal stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide input into and approve the testing strategy developed by the vendor
- Review vendor test plans to ensure alignment with client timelines and deliverables
- Develop and execute test scripts and test cases
- Coordinate and manage all testing phases (SIT, UAT, regression as required)
- Monitor testing progress, track defects, and report outcomes to stakeholders
- Review deliverables throughout testing cycles to ensure quality and readiness
- Support the development of process documentation and training materials
What You'll Bring:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Proven background in testing strategy development and execution
- Experience managing end-to-end testing cycles in system implementations
- Ability to work effectively with vendors, business users, and technical teams
2. SuccessFactors Data Migration Specialist (QA & Validation)
This role focuses on the quality, validation, and integrity of data being migrated into SuccessFactors, with a strong emphasis on analysis and troubleshooting rather than execution of loads.
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyse and validate data migrated into SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Perform data QA checks post-load to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot data issues and errors following system loads
- Work closely with the vendor and project team to resolve data discrepancies
- Support data sign-off activities from a validation and quality assurance perspective
Your Experience:
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, validation, and QA within HR systems
- Ability to interpret data issue and work collaboratively to resolve them
