🎯 Focus: Data validation & QA (not data loading)We’re seeking a Data Migration Specialist with strong SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) experience to support a long-term program through August 2026.This role is data-focused — centred on validation, QA, and troubleshooting, not hands-on data loading.
What you’ll be doing:
• Analyse and validate HR data migrating into SuccessFactors EC
• QA migrated data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Reconcile data pre- and post-system load
• Investigate and troubleshoot data issues after loading
• Partner with HR, functional, and technical teams to resolve defects
• Support testing cycles and data sign-offWhat we’re looking for:
• Proven experience with SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central
• Strong background in data migration validation and QA
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
